What about Panini Beach? They serve regional Italian food. How is the island currently lacking?
This article is definitely puzzling....
I wonder also how many more new restaurants we really need. Anyone who has done their research should be aware that many people are travelling with large groups and with families and many people are eating at home. A lot. If you read the forums and see how much discussion there is about bringing food, you can see this trend. If you have examined the contents of the Bongo Bongo refrigerator after guests leave, this would be yet another clue.
Few people eat out every night of their vacation anymore and the pie keeeps getting sliced thinner and thinner.
We love Cafe Roma. Thanks for mentioning them!

No Italian food? Cafe Roma is wonderful. I make Penne Roma at home just to take me back to the great food I remember while working there. Just one more restaurant, exactly what STJ needs.
