Villa video: Perelandra

Welcome our newest advertiser! Perelandra is a very cool, very nicely appointed two bedroom villa overlooking Cruz Bay and Pillsbury Sound. Here’s where it is: Straight up Jacob’s ladder, take a left at the top of the hill, go past Serendip and look for the rock sign at the end of the driveway. Great views, great sunsets, nice pool, well cared for, pretty darn private, and it has the biggest fan palm we’ve ever seen! If you’re honeymooners, or one or two couples, and you want to be close to town, Perelandra would be an excellent choice. Watch the video here!

Guys,
I just watched the video clip and I must comment that I think you two are literally going to change the marketing of villa rentals on St. John.
We have been visiting St. John since 1995. As time goes by, our personal vacation needs/desires have changed. We are more concerned about just what we are getting for our vacation time and dollars at 35/40 years old then we were at 25/30 years old.
We like to see just what we are renting and a professional video tour like Perelandra shows 100x more than the best rental agency websites I have obsessively studied for 10+ years.
BTW – I miss the Bongo blog

Great video clip, my wife and I actually stayed at the villa back in 2000 for our honeymoon. It was called Enzo’s Retreat at the time and we loved it!
