Marty Beechler, aka Marty Beech, is one of the island’s most prolific performers, covering great rock bands as well as his own material at venues around the island, like Chloe and Bernards, Infusions and The Beach Bar. You need to do a segment called “How they got there.” I always enjoy reading everyone’s “STORY”.
You could also include a Bongo update every now and then. I know yall are planning something new. Are the built-ins finished?

Something got messed up with the audio during my viewing about half way through the segment. Really nice installment though.
I’m with the rest of the group on this one, the local people make the place and these interviews are always such great fun to watch.

We saw Marty a week ago last Sunday at the Beach Bar and he was fan-friggin-tastic. What a voice.

Amazing! Had no idea Marty was such a great musician. We met him as a great real estate agent and he told us the story of how he came to St. John, including living on his sailboat for two years while he built a house. We’ll definitely check out the CD and look for him performing next time we visit. Marty– we still want to buy property (if the software project ever gets off the ground!).

Marty is great! I have just one question, do you have a problem with Kenny Chesney? It seems that you always have something to say about the “Old Blue Chair” song. Country music is not for everybody, I understand, but he really isn’t bad and has brought some new people to the island that might not have gone.(IMOH)

Great story, great music and awesome CD! And after looking at the scenery in the background, we’ve booked our flights – first stop will be to see and hear Marty Beech perform! Thanks for such an inside look at the lifesytle of a “local”.
