New feature: Villa Vittles

In On-StJohn’s newest feature, Villa Vittles and Vitals, we ask you to submit a recipe for your favorite make-it-at-the-villa dish or drink. We’ll make it, shoot it and review it. (There is a darn tasty-sounding shrimp recipe posted on the usvi-on-line forum right now, and if you know this guy, encourage him to submit it here.) Winners get one of our brand new, way cool, OnStJohn t-shirts (details to follow!). We’ll choose a winner once or twice a month. DO NOT submit your food or drink recipe under comments. Submit your recipe here! (Just put “vittles” in the subject line.)

I love it !What a great thing to do. I always start a thread like this before each trip on the forum. I’ll have to think on this for a while. Have a great Monday!

Ahhh…this is going to be a good one! Can we expect to see a Bongo Bongo recipe book coming out anytime soon?

Tonight I’ll forward on Cindi’s best villa recipes and one of my horrible drink concoctions! I can’t wait to hear all the good stuff that comes out of this!

Mmmm, food. I want to see the look on the guys’ faces when they try the Jerome’s shrimp. The best reaction so far was a combination of spontaneous hiccuping, tears and sneezing.

    Cheers, RickG

Yum! I will have to see what I can come up with! Either way, please share the results somewhere.

I’m also super-anxious to see the shirts!
