I Scream was a great place to stop everyday. Glad there is an ice cream shop in town. Didn't realize Collette was the owner as she gave out bigger portions than the help! I loved it! My wife and I were down in October 2005 and Colette was our waitress for breakfast at Chili Billy's the morning of our departure. The place wasn't too busy and she had time to chat and in the course of conversation she mentioned she wanted to open an ice scream shop in Cruz Bay (I think she was looking at Mongoose at the time). It's great to see that she's made it happen. She seemed to be a really nice person so be sure to stop in to support her when your good fortune allows a St. John visit. Way to go, Colette!
