Not a huge market for Pita Bread on STJ. I'd never have known. I wish them luck. It's an interesting niche to cater to. But, people frmo the Northeast tend to like Greek/Middle East flavors, so it should do OK. And...it's still Christmas on STJ? who knew? “I’m opening pita bread…here are not the best”
