I haven't understood the whole Joe's hype myself. We live 1 hour from Memphis and My faves are dry ribs at Rendezvous and pulled pork at Interstate BBQ. They got to know their slaw also- not just any old thing will do! If you've had a few in the afternoon and walk by Joes the smell alone drags you inside, even if it is not my favorite. I can't wait to try Candi's BBQ though I believe they will be seeing us early for our fist night on St. John...those ribs looked awesome!
