Villa Vittles preview
Here’s a preview of what’s coming. Almost everything sent in sounded great, but there are only so many pots and pans we can dirty and once. Not to mention the grocery and booze tab for this little feature came to $406. (But we left the pantry full.) If yours isn’t on the list, we’ll get to it in round two, or three. In the coming weeks: Rick’s Jerome’s Spicy Shrimp, Citrus Jerk Pork Chops, St. John Style Crab Cakes, Coffee Rub Steak (oh yes coffee, and it was a HUGE hit), and the killer Villa Tesori Slurpee. And the OSJ tasting panel loved it all.

YAY! So glad you liked the coffee rub! It’s one of my faves. Goes great with potato wedges (seasoned however you want - we like ‘em spicy!), grilled until crispy. Yum!

I never submitted my favorite St John drink. Allow me to do so here.
Take a glass. Add ice. Add rum. Go sit in floaty chair thing in pool and drink. Do this until you pass out.
