Call to arms for Tigger

We were moved by the responses to the Health Department’s crackdown on dogs at the Beach Bar. And no four-legged friend has been more traumatized than Low Key’s mascot, Tigger. Here’s Tigger, sporting his stylish, new Mohawk. Look at that sad face. Staring wistfully at the place he used to call home. Without a few french fries soon, Tigger is going to waste away. We encourage everybody on-island to protest this injustice by showing up at Starfish Market this Saturday morning, filling a cart with groceries, and paying for them with pennies.

Just some slogans you can use for the protest march.
    FREE TIGGER!
    TIGGER POWER!
    STOP THE WAR ON TIGGER!
    IT’S BUSH’S FAULT!
STOP THE EVIL HALIBURTON ANTIDOG MANCHINE!
    SAVE THE DOG,SAVE THE WORLD!
YOU’LL GET TIGGER’S FRIES WHEN YOU PRY THEM FROM HIS COLD DEAD PAWS.

Wow, that is stupid! But Tigger is not stupid… something must be done!

Oh, and I am super high-fashion with my new T. Thanks!

OK, I can see it now:

Tigger, dressed up in on on-stjohn T-shirt and backwards ballcap. Nobody will know the difference, especially sitting at the bar with a few Bushwackers/Painkillers in their system, courtesy of the beautiful Michelle.

C’mon folks - we can pull it off! SAVE TIGGER!

Methinks Tigger is another victim of the Administration’s plan to smear political opponents. They’re using the VI Health Department as a tool to go after more elements who know too much about WMD.

I read that Judith Miller likes the Caribbean. I’m sure she’s been to the Beach Bar and met up with Tigger at some point.

“YOU’LL GET TIGGER’S FRIES WHEN YOU PRY THEM FROM HIS COLD DEAD PAWS.”
Kirk, whoever you are, that was absolutely hysterical.

Hey there! Tigger is a great representation of the charm of your beautiful island. Life is laid back and everyone is welcome. I wish you the best of luck in getting this law lifted. I look forward to seeing Tigger hanging out at the Beach Bar welcoming your tourists with his warm Caribbean charm when I visit in June. Don’t forget “Tigger’s are wonderful things.”

Hope Tigger never lays down in that handicapped spot near the ferry.
