Grand Bay crawling to the finish line
Grand Bay 6 months ago, left. Grand Bay now, right. If this were a villa and that was the kind of progress 6 months got you, the owners would be very unhappy. This project is WAY past due. Grand Bay has always been the third rail in development conversations on St. John. There’s also at least two sides to any story and one side that we rarely hear talked about are all those unit-owners who must be really anxious to get moved in. Some of these are 7-figure condos! A few owners aren’t waiting. For Sale: At least 6 Grand Bay Condos, $629,000 to $1,025,000.The folks working on the project we talk to sound like those owners (who are waiting) will be partying on their balconies by May. Maybe.
BEACH BREAK PREVIEW: Rhymes with Humvee. Sort of.

I like on the Real Estate link the driving directions to Sirenusa. They’re listed as **CONFIDENTIAL**
What they should read is “Look up from Cruz Bay at the monstrosity that has scarred the hillside. Drive over to Cruz Views and apologize to everyone there for ruining their view and trip. Then, go the hell home”
Wow…awful early in the morning for that, isn’t it?

Looks like a great place……for Tigger to poop on.
what a fricking eyesore. the people who approved that should be drawn and quartered, then used as bait.

Rob and Kirk are so right. The place should never have been built. Lets hope all those places are not in use at the same time…lets see…how many additonal rental cars on the road will that be …..

Wow, looked at that MLS for condos and wowie, wowie. Sure have a lot on that list to choose from. I remember a few years ago when those one bedrooms went for 200,000.00.
Interesting that there are so many for sale. Might be a good time to wait a bit.
Yeah, yeah you RE agents. I know. Now is always the time to buy
