A couple of miles out of Cruz Bay on Centerline Rd. there is a small sign on the left side of the road that says simply "Rocks For Sale" with a phone number. Maybe it's real, but I chuckle every time I see it.

One of my favorites is the wooden "fork" in the road on Gifft Hill Road, great landmark when giving directions!

I like the sign out in Coral Bay reminding us all to practice safe sex. It's not exactly a "silly" sign...let's just say it is somewhat unusual.

I like the "Crab Dip" and "Skinny Dip" signs out in Coral Bay. I don't have a photo of them though.

A few months back, an article ran in either the Travel section of the NY Times or the Raleigh News and Observer (I shall state for the record that this is the first place in which those 2 publications were ever confused) about the USVI.

Other than referring to Cruz Bay as "Downtown St John", it mentioned the Thou Shall not Park sign and intimated that it said something about the island's religious undertones.

Needless to say, the article made me mad.
