This is GREAT!! We stayed in Maho Bay a few years ago, and had a friendly little female that adopted us (read: shared our food, but she also liked petting!) I was just sad because you could see she had been recently pregnant. It's hreat that the feed and fix the cats.

We stayed at Se Spirit a couple of years ago, and there were two of the most adorable cats that hung around there, Mr. Spam and Miss Velveeta. Slept on the deck a lot, prowled at night, but Spam would come in and sleep on your lap if you let him. Loved their tuna and treats. As soon as my wife and I go home, we went to the local shelter and adopted two cats! They're the love of our lives!. Alas, poor Spam passed away last year, and was buried in front of the villa.
Please feed and love these feral cats!!!

Cool, I've never seen one of the feeding stations. I will be on the lookout next time I am there.
We called about bringing one home a couple of years ago. We called the vet by Simple Feasts. We were trying to get it immunized and take it home with us. We couldn't get in to see her before we had to leave the island. We were bummed. She said it would have to travel in the belly of the plane and it was July and super hot. We called the cat "Blackbeard" because... you got it! We came home and adopted one here. Sambo is still with us today.
