We stayed at Garden by the Sea and took the trail behind Coconut Coast Studio to the road. It was the very first time I saw the Caribbean. I'll never forget it. I loved Frank Bay when we were on STJ. I have been tempted many times to stay and make a go of it. Each time I leave it gets harder and harder. I don't blame you for wanting to chain yourself to stay. Hey maybe squatters rights apply in St. John. Have a great day in the sunshine. I will be there in 29 days YEAH!!! (Is this St. John Spice Ruth?) Ruth,

It is now on the other end of the beach (as shown in the video) along with the pipes from the desalinization plant, which I believe provide the water input to the plant or soemthing. I'm not actually sure which is which anymore, but I know we need them all! -Ruth Marcia, the electric cable has been moved since you and Pete were here. That was fun, a few years ago, watching the sunset from your beach with you and Ron. "Don't touch the line, you'll shut down all of STJ!!" I truly thought you guys were kidding. Ya, I could get used to that back yard. Marcia (Mrs. Pete) Funny, Ruth, I was going to correct them on the power cord thing, too. I think I could live there 'No Problem'." Barb, It's not hard at all to get used to. You could do it, trust me. We rent here and if I ever have to move out, I'm chaining myself to something and refusing to leave. Also, I forgot to mention to Jeff when he asked about the pipes that one of them actually contains the Giant Underwater Extension Cord that supplies all the power to St. John from St. Thomas. Hard to believe, but true. -Ruth in Frank Bay “Nice spot! I think I could live there ‘No Problem’.”

It involves additional pay for hazardous duty, creative rights, and a percent of profit for all replays. Of course the resolution of this problem may came down to additional rum rations, and a case of Red Stripe. I think there may be a union work rule problem with “Boat Cam”.
