					<description>Rosie, I agree...and hate to be a "downer" on this subject, but look at what has happened over the past 20 years.  I guess my point is to enjoy the island now....in another 20 years you may not want to be on STJ.  Just imagine all those traffic  jams and moving people around the island in bumper to bumper traffic with the road system...and all the new businesses needed to support those increases. The government is doing nothing to have controlled development. It sure scares me.</description>
