As of 1/08 nothing has been built. Tried to negate contract on terms of noncompliance and was told by Marzanno's attorney, Bill McConnell, that they would drag out any litigation for years. Just got back a couple weeks ago. Tap tap tap during the day but nothing really even that noticeable. Not like the previous year when they were blasting that blue *itch rock--THAT's what makes construction on the island NOISY! Think Sirenusa is all done with that part as someone else mentioned they had already gone ahead and raised the skeleton for the additional units. It's just a matter of putting up the wall skins & doing all the inside tinkering.... We rent a house close to Sirenusa. Just got back a couple weeks ago.
