I Scream, take two!

This is almost a franchise by St. John standards. Colette, who opened the new soft-serve ice scream shop in Wharfside Village a few months ago, is opening a second location next to Morgan‘s Mango. It’s actually her first, original location before she moved from there to Wharfside Village. But now she’s reopening that location, and she says she’s stocking good old “ice cream truck stuff.” The Ding Dong Man of Cruz Bay. Red, white and blue Popsicles, rainbow snow cones, ice cream sandwiches, maybe even chocolate tacos.

Yum! Nothing like a cold ice cream on a hot day in Paradise (oh well maybe a Summer Ale might beat it out just a bit) Can’t wait to have both real soon.

But — they don’t have ice cream! We just returned from St. John, and we stopped by both locations, and neither had ice cream. The location by Mongoose Junction only had smoothies, and the main location’s ice cream machine was broken.
