If I had the time or the money, I'd go to just for the hearing. It would make a homeowner's board meeting look like a cocktail party I'm sure.

The best question, as you asked, is HOW THE HELL DO THEY DO IT? Sure folks...we'll do the work at night and build a series of temporary flyover bridges.

NJ Alert: It took them like 5 years to "un-circle" the Somerville Circle and that was, at least, on flat ground and in the States proper. This...this is an epic clusterF waiting to happen.

Let me tell you the story
Of a tourist man named Charlie
On a tragic and fateful day
He rented a car in love city
Kissed his wife and family
and entered the roundabout
Charlie waited for his turn
At the Cruz Bay intersection
West Indian truck driving man told him,
"Yo NOT your turn, yankee mon."
Charlie could not get out of that
roundabout.

Did he ever return,
No he never returned
And his fate is still unlearn'd
He may ride forever
going around and around
'in the street of Cruz Bay
He's the man who never returned.
Now all night long
Charlie waits for his turn

Saying, "What will become of me?
Crying
How can I see
My sister in Chelsea
Or my cousin in Roxbury?"
Charlie's wife walks down
To the Cruz Bay roundabout
Every day at quarter past two
And through the open window
She hands Charlie a chicken leg
As he waits for his turn.
As the traffic rolls on
through Cruz Bay roundabout
Charlie looked around and sighed:
"Well, I'm sore and disgusted
And I'm absolutely busted;
I guess this is my last long
roundabout ride."

The good news -- if it's done right -- is that it will help slow down some of those crazy water and cement trucks.
