Beach Break: Johnson Bay

Johnson Bay is a little cove on the West side of Coral Bay and the water is very calm here. Johnson Bay Estates is a private enclave of a handful of houses on Johnson Bay. You’re going to get to see some shots of one of them. Calypso by the Sea is private property, but the house is both for rent and for sale, so it could be your property for a week or a lifetime if you’re interested. Not a shabby back yard. Johnson Bay, below.

Look closely at the hammock, I could swear the shadows from the palm trees say “PAT”, do you see it too?

I could take a large portion of a life time on Johnson Bay. That water looked like it was barely moving some times. Lovely little spot.

Zen moment…I feel calm, relaxed…just need a beach chair to sit by the ocean and let my feet be in the water and a cool drink. I am good. Wednesdays just keep getting better and better.

Sorry Pat, but that last letter is an “M”. Nice try though.

Yo Pam, obviously the two geckos that temporarily paused on the hammock skewed your view. Now that they have moved on it is clearly a “T”….and keep your hands off that beer nestled in the sand by MY hammock.

Pat - After careful review by several of my closest friends, it has been determined that it is definately an “m”. However, to be fair to all concerned, I suggest we meet at the Beach Bar soon to bring this misunderstanding to a mutually satisfactory resolution. I’ll be bringing along my attorney (aka Bill), and I suggest you come with appropriate representation as well. :)

Hey - any excuse to visit STJ, right?

Wow! That IS calm water! Almost too calm. You know me… “I gotta feva! And the only prescription is more wave sounds!!” (Sorry for the obscure Christopher Walken/SNL reference…)

I say we all start a time share with all the people that watch the beach break and buy the place. Nice Break and TY….one little irritation…the hammock was on a stand and not hanging between two palm trees.
