Just a few comments. Panani Beach was about to fall down, not many people saw what was underneath. Tim and Meagan know what they are doing, and are doing it right. Props to Tim for getting in on all the work, saw him last week covered in sweat and paint, not many people would do that. Cant wait to give it a try.

Ahh…. DC. My favorite memories are going to the rooftop bar at the Hotel Washington for a drink with friends that lived there, and staying for 8 hours.

Kind of like going for one drink at Woody’s…

I imagine the higher prices will reflect the investment in the renovation. They must have the fat wallets of all those folks at neighboring Grande Bay in mind. As far as I’m concerned: Ouch!!! Don’t like all that extra dough lopped off my own wallet. Regardless, hope their deck remains open-air and friendly.

I walked past that yesterday and did a double take. I cannot believe they went to all the trouble to rip it all apart and take it up just to rebuild it again. They must have had to go through some major hoops for the Coastal Zoning and construction permits!
