Panani Beach was about to fall down, not many people saw what was underneath. Tim and Meagan know what they are doing, and are doing it right. They must have the fat wallets of all those folks at neighboring Grande Bay in mind. As far as I'm concerned: Ouch!!! Don't like all that extra dough lopped off my own wallet. I cannot believe they went to all the trouble to rip it all apart and take it up just to rebuild it again.
