Just got back from yet another stj trip. We stayed at Coco Beach Villa for 12 days. It’s a beautiful house but you can tell that the sellers built it to sell it, as they skimped on a few KEY areas (plumbing, foundation, etc). There is alot of new construction going on around the house as well, so it wasn’t the relaxing, quiet place it was made out to be. We couldn’t believe the sellers are asking $1.4mil. There are definitely FAR better villas on the island!
