There are a couple of houses on a long beach below historic Fortsberg on the eastern edge of Coral Bay. Today’s Beach Break was shot from one of them, a villa called Spindrift. This beach is on the opposite side of Coral Bay from last week’s Johnson Bay. Notice how different the surf is here.

I have found that surf can shift around the island on a daily basis. If you’re snorkelers like us, pay attention to the sea and wind on the weather forecasts. I’ll bet the higher surf at Fortsberg here were attributed to wind coming from the south ast that day.

It’s soooo peaceful. Raining buckets and 51 degrees in Kentucky right now. Wish I were there. Nice Beach Break, guys!
