Villa Video: South Shore Villa

Here’s a really fine, new villa in an area called Skytop. It’s on the east side of Fish Bay, and the handful of villas up here are UP HERE. The views from here can be dizzying. South Shore Villa is a spectacular property, with spectacular views and the owners have incredibly good taste. This villa was also named “Best Villa For Families” by Home Away Traveler. Four bedroom suites, great pool, amazing views. South Shore villa, below.

This is a very private villa with spectacular views. The decor and apointments are very high end and the view second to none! Sunrise is best viewed with a fine mimosa! True paridise! can not wait to go again!

What a beautiful villa! I am especially impressed that you said “Ram Head”. So many newbies add an “s”, just like St. Johns. The “s” thing is one of my pet peaves!

Thanks for the response Larry. It is fabulous looking. How do you villa owners build these spectacular homes and then turn them over to the general public for rentals. I’d be heart sick every time I left there.

We stayed here this past July for our 25th anniversary with our kids, my mom and brother and aunt and uncle. What an amazing villa!! We especially loved the huge wraparound veranda and pool area. The views were truly spectacular being so far up that mountain. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms and of course that infinity pool feels like you will fall off the edge. The stars at night and the sunrises in the morning were amazing. We are so glad there is a video to share because when we were first investigating where to stay there really weren’t any comments on the South Shore Villa, we are glad we took a chance with it. Can’t wait to return!!!!

Mary Beth, We actually love that other people can use our home. It would seem selfish to keep such a beautiful location to ourselves. The hardest part was putting up a home on such a beautiful spot and knowing that there was no way to improve upon what nature already provided. BTW, 2009 sounds good to us.

My daughter was married in May 2007 at this villa, where she stayed for the whole week with two other couples. It is an amazing villa with wonderful views. The weather the day of her wedding was warm and breezy. I just love looking at the video because it reminds me of the beautiful island of St. John. Regards from Ohio.

How well does the A/C work? Is it truly central A/C, or individual units in each room?
