Inside the Red Hook ferry terminal
Somebody wanted to know what the new Red Hook ferry terminal looked like inside and apologies for the crappy quality of these pictures, but just like last time I took pictures here, I was harassed the moment I took out a camera. So these are sneaky cell phone pictures. I don’t know what the deal is, but the way security acts here, you’d think it was the command center for the Northeast power grid or something.
Anyway, it’s nice. Indoor seating. Proper ticket counters. A coffee shop, a gift shop, a snack bar, a booze bar and a random guy selling CDs out of a trunk. And, late in the afternoon when these were taken, hardly anybody there. Oh, and there are really nice bathrooms. Larry Craig would be impressed.

This is a big improvement. Hope they maintain it. What about the hike in ferry prices? Has that been settled? Thanks for undertaking the risky photogrphic task.

Thanks for using all your high tech gadgets to bring back this classified information to the mainland.
Well done 007.

I think that Jeff is more like 007 and the Get Smart Guy rolled up in one!! (Island Style)
We all should think up a new nick name for the boys.
Hummm… what could they be?

Do we win a license plate purse if we pick the best nicknames?
