I've been following the St. John MLS for the last few years and was wondering if Ebb Tide and other villas that were priced so high would ever sell. I also think he got pretty much near his asking price. I will say Mugar has a beautiful home in Peter Bay but not sure that much land. The asking price was obviously unrealistic. Bargain at $1.5M? Maybe, maybe not. But in general asking prices are decreasing by 10% to 20% when I look at the real estate web site.
