It’s been awhile since we’ve taken you to Jost. Pack your bag. Let’s go for a minute or so! You never know who you’ll run into there.

First! how long does it take to get to jost in a dinghy?
January 16th, 2008 08:35
Russ on film? What’s next? I missed the dulcet tones of Jeff’s voice.

Hello Capt John! That Painkiller sure looked good!! (even at 8:30AM!!!!) Happy Wednesday!
January 16th, 2008 09:12
I wanna go! Now!
January 16th, 2008 09:40
Always wanted to check-out Jost. Now I’m not so sure. Looks like Cancun at spring break.
January 16th, 2008 09:58
That was New Years Eve day, wasn’t it? I was there, too - it was great to see you guys and drink some painkillers with you! What a fun day that was.
Now I’m back in the cold…

Mango,
You even managed to get Josh in the Background as well.
Don’t worry that only happens on Old Years Eve. I would still leave Jost and White Bay on you to do list.
Looks like fun was had by all

I was going to say that it looked way more crowded and rowdy then when I’ve been, but if it was New Year’s Eve I guess that explains it.
I’m glad it’s not like that all the time though!

“I missed the dulcet tones of Jeff’s voice.”
Oooo, dulcet tones! Good one, Rob!

Just double checking…..is White Bay/Jost REALLY that crowded most of the time (like in May, perhaps??)…really don’t want the “spring-break”-type atmosphere if it can be avoided. I love to party as much as the next guy, but that was just to ’spring-breaky’ for my expectations of Jost.
January 16th, 2008 13:29
That was for you, Ruth (as you know).
January 16th, 2008 16:19
White Bay is never ever this crowded - even in May. It was NYE and Jost is crazy busy NYE. No worries!
January 16th, 2008 18:25
Woo-hoo…that was fun and I wasn’t even there!!
January 16th, 2008 19:35
Jost and particulary White Bay is that way for New Years………Otherwise you may have some boats 8 max out there………..no crowds.
I pretty much was there almost every other weekend when I was on island living
January 18th, 2008 12:46
Woo Hoo, we will be there in March, can’t wait!
January 19th, 2008 08:37
March 28 soon come…Russ has a great voice too. Do you need to check in with customs if you have a passport?..;)
