New in-town grocery store

Every city center needs a little market and Cruz Bay is getting one. There’s a new tenant at Meada’s Plaza and it looks like they plan on opening a mini grocery store. We’re working on details, like name and owner and whether there is even one shred of truth to this (our best source is a non-English speaking truck driver), but if we’re right it sounds like a great deal for all the folks who work in Cruz Bay. To the best of our knowledge, no one has unpacked a crate with a neon 7-Eleven sign in it… but that might be the kind of home-grown place Cruz Bay is getting. (Just don’t buy your hot dog there. That’s what Beach Dawgs is for.) What does that Drudge guy say? Story developing.

Sounds like a dream come true to me.No more power walks to the food store. Up the hill, Down the hill. Leg cramps are not my thing.. And the ATM is just around the corner too.Just what Cruz Bay needs.Bring on the MUNCHIES…

Definitely a need for it. You could just get off of the Ferry grab some basics for the night and morning and head straight to the Villa.

Nice PARKING!

The parking is reserved for Rhumblines. Also, by lease agreement, whatever store does open there is not allowed to sell food (because of Rhumblines). Soooo??? Everyone is a bit confused about what is actually happening there, although it is rumored to be some sort of market.
