Boatman Point is a lot like Klein Bay. Both have some great houses with incredible views. Both are close to town. Yet neither one is on many people’s radar. (And we suspect folks who live in these neighborhoods like it that way.)
This house is in Boatman Point…past Chocolate Hole, just before Gifft Hill Road. We just shot it, and this is a VERY cool house.
Currently it is not in a rental program, but it would be a fantastic vacation rental. With weather like we’re having today (-1 before windchill in Chicago), i’m tempted to b in debt for the rest of my life for this place. if only i could find someone to loan me the 1,825,000.99 that i’d be short!
