Jeep Cam: Shipwreck to Coccoloba rollercoaster
Here’s a fun, belly-tickling drive. A twisty, hilly stretch of road that runs from Coral Bay to Concordia and that remains in nearly pristine condition. Seriously, it is one of the smoothest, most pothole free stretches of road anywhere on the island. And did we mention it’s hilly, twisty and belly-tickling? Today, we’ll just go from Shipwreck Landing to the Coccoloba shopping complex. Tickle your belly….below.

You really show the beauty of St. John! Far superior to “The Department of Tourism” and it’s their job. Keep up the good work.

I gotta agree with Colleen…Texas really appreciates the Jeep Cam! By the way, is it just me, or did your jeep magically change colors over the week? It was red, at least I thought it was on the last trip…….
Great work guys! Thanks!

I just made my post-lunch call to hubby and he was on the website for Sago Cottage on Calabash Boom about to make reservations for January 2009!
His desire to book Sago came from me sending the latest Jeep Cam video to him. Hubby and I have traveled along this stretch of road oh-so-many times.
Thank you guys! I owe big time. Hopefully we’ll see you on-island!!

So nice I had to watch it twice. We’ll be doing that drive in a few weeks, but will it be the same without the music?? There’s got to be a way to record the soundtrack as an MP3 so we can play it while we drive! If you see a jeep whizzing by blasting that song (with a grinning idiot behind the wheel), give us a wave…

Hey guys. Thanks so much for letting Song, the main character in Red Helmet, hitch a ride on your jeep cam! And thanks for letting it click over to the notice on my scholarship campaign. Last, but certainly not least, thank you for that beautiful jeep cam journey! Linda and I go that way all the time on our snorkel, scuba, hiking, and geocaching adventures. At the end of the trip before you backed into park (hope you didn’t knock over Crabby’s rack of kayaks), I nearly caught a glimpse of our wonderful home high on the mountain ahead. As I always say – you see that big house on the very top of the mountain? Well, that’s not ours but it’s close. Soon come St. John!

Five years ago, we bought a little house in Coral Bay but we just don’t seem to get back enough. This is the road I go everyday when I’m there and I think it is the most beautiful route in the world. Okay, a bit biased. Thank you so much for this wonderful window onto my true heart’s home.
