I mailed it from Sea Isle City, NJ on Saturday the 16th and Monday was a postal holiday! People say it takes long for things to get to St. John but it seems as if Foster's vest was meant to be there for Tigger! Good luck with your water therapy. I received it today! It will be so much easier than trying to use ski belts and a people jacket. Can't wait to try it on Tigger this weekend. I love all the comments, and they continue to inspire me!
