Bistro countdown Soft open for the brand new St. John Waterfront Bistro. Looks like it’s ready to test the waters on the Omaha stages, with Broadway in its sites. I like the chairs! Something different than white plastic. Although the white plastic is easy to clean and I have nothing against them! (I feel politically correct today)

Am I seeing correctly…did they really put a roof over that entire deck? Gosh, I hope not. I really liked the open air feel to that deck.

I was downtown last night and the bistro on the waterfront was open for drinks and apps but not the full menu. It looks really awesome, the atmosphere was very enticing. Unfortunately it is yet another restaurant I will have to save more than just my pennies for if I want to take a date out to dinner anytime in the near future.

They open now for dinner. Lunches to come later. The place looks sweet!
