Looks great! … should have known the recipe would work. Liamsaunt must have been a chef in her previous life!
March 14th, 2008 07:17
Sounds yumbo! Can’t wait for grilling season!
March 14th, 2008 07:24
Alice? I bet Becky won’t like someone else stealing her recipe!!!!
Those look good.
Ruth gets invited to all the best parties!

I honestly could spend the rest of the day making comments here about Jeff’s cooking performance and interesting choice of terminology, but I'’ll be nice and leave now with this:
It looked good and I may try it myself.

I hope you liked it! I have to wait until I get home to see the video though because my work computer won’t play your audio. Annoying!
And yes, my name is Becky, not Alice.

You guys forgot “garlic” in the closing shot ingredients list…
March 14th, 2008 10:29
Oh ya. Garlic.

NO AUDIO, MUSIC BUT NO AUDIO

Looks amazing!
March 14th, 2008 11:40
How come no one says “ohhhhh, yummy?” How did it end up tasting?
March 14th, 2008 11:51
They were a huge hit.
March 14th, 2008 13:26
Yum! I would give a kidney (or some other important part) just to eat dinner at Becky’s house every night. She is awesome, and I’m not surprised they were a hit.

O.K. Jeff, I’ll make a deal with you. If you invite me to the next Villa Vittles tasting party in July when I’m next on Island, I will share my Tuscan-Style Grilled Tuna Steak recipe with you.
Now how can you pass that by????

I was at the Villa Vittles tasting party. Two thumbs up for the grilled shrimp, it was a winner! The Bongo Bongo boys sure know how to throw a fun party & they always serve great food!

I just made these last night for dinner and they were amazing! I ended up using 1/4 cup olive oil and 3/4 cup breadcrumbs for 1 pound of shrimp. I didn’t skewer them but just put them right on an indoor grill pan and turned them with a spatula. I think this is going to be one of my family’s favorite recipes! Thanks so much!

I just posted a response and realized that I used 2 pounds of shrimp instead of 1. So I used 2 lbs. shrimp, 1/4 cup olive oil and 3/4 cup breadcrumbs.
