It then headed directly towards Rendezvous Bay until it was a few hundred yards out when it turned west and went to Cruz Bay. Later that day we saw it moored in the Bay. Glad the villa had a telescope... The biggest yacht I ever saw was one afternoon when I had the bad luck to be having lunch at Anthony's Pier Four (everyone who has been there knows what I mean!). Anyway, this big green yacht went by...it had a helicopter on it, and multiple speed boats on the back...it was HUGE. And, all around it were government speedboats with the requisite men in black on board. We found out later that it was Malcom Forbes' yacht, and President Bush #1 and his wife were on board. Neat boat. The fish still stunk though. (literally) Hmmm…that’s a big boat, and I sure can think of a better use for that kind of money!
