Just in case anyone goes back to reread these... the new Spring/Summer issue of "Land & People" (Vol 20, No. 1, 2008), the magazine published by the Trust for Public Land, has a really nice article called "Protecting Paradise" which tells the story of how they managed to save the 420 acres of Maho Bay. It has great photos by Steve Simonsen (of course), maps, and explains in greater detail than I'd ever heard how it all happened. I hope everyone gets this magazine... if not, send a donation to the Trust! They're still working hard to preserve more land in the Caribbean.

Nothing helps pass the time on a conference call like these videos. While everyone else is interrupting and talking over each other, I'm on Maho! Thanks Jeff and Russ.
(Can you add a video segment every other Wednesday . . .say at 4:00EST?)
