BUT every meal has been great. This year was special; Jake was at his best. Unbelievably, the photo is the day we were there; my sister-in-law is in the background! Jake looked great in his chef attire; very personable, friendly. We'll keep eating at Jakes. Ate at Jake's 5 times. The new owners are doing a great job. The new opened up space and Cruz Bay water overlook bar for seating really add to the atmosphere. The food is delicious and worth the price. They offer a variety of omelets, which I sampled, and specials almost every day. Large quantities, friendly staff. I would highly recommend it!!! Noticed comments about prices but feel they're on point as I'm sure, in light of increasing costs everywhere, other breakfast venues' prices will soon be increasing!
