There was a lot of concern that it was going to be the start of the franchising of STJ. Doesn't seem like it's turned out to be the start of a trend, although it is one in an increasingly long list of places that have not been able to make it recently. Interesting read on why they closed. Seems along with all of their other expenses their WAPA bill was if I remember something like 11K a month. That's a lot of money along with everything else. Have you tried them? Soooo good and you can almost share with a friend. We bought them before hitting the beach on St. John as our lunch. Subway is over rated.
