I'd consider that Mahi while I was there if they told me it was local and fresh. I paid highish prices last fall for seafood in Emerald Isle, NC, but I knew that about the time I was waking up, it was being dragged into the market and cut up. It went from alive to my grill in about 8 hours. That was worth every penny and then some The prices are high but not disgustingly so. I’d consider that Mahi while I was there if they told me it was local and fresh.

We've just brought it home and Pete is finishing the meat products up on the grill whilst I reheat the sides. The results of the Madison Wisconsin vs St. John rib/chicken/sides dinner soon come.
