We’re members!
Like our parents waiting for the Captain Midnight decoder ring, we have been checking the box for weeks waiting for our Soggy Dollar Painkiller membership kit. It just arrived! We are truly special people now. We have a special “Club Member” card that gets us 10% off at the Soggy Dollar store, a Soggy Dollar bumper sticker, some literature reminding us that we’re Soggy Dollar members, a Soggy Dollar Lance Armstrong-like wrist band that says Soggy Dollar Bar on it, some more stuff that says Soggy Dollar all over it, and… get this…free use of the tanning facilities! It says so. Right there in the brochure. We are truly Soggy. Jealous? Well, okay. Here.

I’m jealous. My kit didn’t include a bumper sticker and since I left my wristband as home, I had to go by there and get another one in April. They do have some of the best tanning facilities on the planet. You just have to be sure you don’t accidentally overdo it after a few Painkillers.

Congratulations on your new memberships! I didn’t get a bumper sticker with mine either. Must be something new. I guess I will just have to go back to get one. Too bad they don’t give 10% off Painkillers with that card

The best part of my 4th of July is that I just joined! I’ll be at the Soggy Dollar 2 weeks from today — I already have a collection of Soggy Dollar cups, so this membership is just like the nutmeg sprinkling on the top of the drink!

Some guys have all the Soggy Luck….
Now I have to wait weeks before my kit arrives…
…and when it does, I’m sure the Soggy Dollar writs band will go well with my On-St. John T-shirt!!!!

What?! They give you a sticker now! I was one of the first to sign up a year or so ago and all I got was a lousy pin….
