After hurricane Marilyn, I lived 2 houses from Mr. Dick. He gave away ice cream for free for a few days after because he could not leave home to sell in the night because of a nightfall curfew. He did have a humongous generator so it was not because they would melt. After loosing your roof, Ice Cream never tasted better. was this picture taken during the St. John Festival ?
