Jeep Cam: The Westin

If you’re not staying at the Westin, that doesn’t mean you can’t go to the Westin. There are nice restaurants, a huge pool and, while it’s not Maho Bay, there’s a nice beach. The grounds are beautifully manicured and it’s a nice place to - gasp - go for a run. There is usually plenty of parking, too.

Go early in the morning, or around sunset for a drink and stroll along the tiki torch-lit beach. Very cool. Take a quick drive in and out, below!

   yea, jeep cam is back.
   i think i would like to go to the beack and have something to eat there next year.
   wish you could have parked and put in a short video of the beack area.

   My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon in 2006. The property landscape is beautiful but the beach is okay.

   As for where to go for a sunset cocktail, there is an open-air bar and dining area by the beach. Certainly a good place to grab a VI Mango Ale and watch the sunset. I think we watched the sunset there almost every night.

   If the following doesn’t work, I will be happy to send a photo from our honeymoon.

   We are Westin Villa owners (2 units) - You need to ask Marketing if you could expand you visit to incorporate the villa area up the hill along with the unbelievable views from the upper villa pool area - breathtaking!!! -

   I’m homesick! - Left three weeks ago and can’t wait to go back!

   Great atmosphere, taxi service (thanks to Mr. Penn), spectacular staff!

   Some day - St. John - retirement!!!

    Been to the Westin a few times…had great stays. Would love to see video of the actual resort. Curious to see any changes. I know they are finishing a big renovation ..turning most hotel rms into time share units. Have there been changes to the exterior buildings?
