Rough seas The surf at the beaches has been choppy and the boat rides on the sea have been bumpy. Some people call it the Christmas Winds. You got white sand, we got white snow. You walk out in your bare feet and you look relaxed. We walk out in our bare feet and we look like we have major problems.
Yet with all the snow around us here in Boston, I still kept up with my Christmas tradition of wearing flip flops no matter what.

It was almost 60 degrees in Chicago yesterday. Our snowmen all melted. Today it’s back to 30 degrees. Lots of frozen mud.

I knew that we should have bought Love City Surf Shop after all!!! Well, we did have to consider – how often do the waves occur??? I would take rough surf versus snow anyday. Never say never – Happy New Years!

P.S. How do you travel with your personal surfboard(s)??? Now with the luggage surcharges – how would they classify the pricing? And, after paying to have it shipped, our luck there would be no surf-

You could avoid the luggage surcharges. Just surf to St John. May take you a little longer, but you’ll get there!

what happen to that palm tree on trunk bay?
i think that palm tree should go down in history as the most photographed palm on
stj. i definately have a great picture of that palm. i even sent to the stj magazine.
oh, a little rough chop isn’t all bad when its
81 degrees, the water is still warm, the colors
beautiful, etc, etc.

Give me the sand, the sun, the beach, the people of St John and you will never hear me complain a second in my life again.
