A great bit of history, and a great place to dive! (So it ISN’T named after the ice cream shops?!)

Does anyone know the history of the other rocks where there is big holes through them? It looks like swiss cheese. Some friends of mine went on a snorkeling tour and the boat captain said that some drunk pirates thought the rocks were an enemy ship and they fired upon it. Can anybody confirm?

You’re right Christina… The Indians are southeast of St. John…I reorganized my desk and couldn’t find my Caribbean maps…
We saw them 20 years ago on a day-sail on a trimaran named the coconut that sailed out of (what was then) the Wyndham’s Virgin Grand on St. Thomas. Remember that trip like it was yesterday
