   Great video…will need to look up the Coconut Man.
   So tell me Jeff, how many shots of rum do you advise for each coconut!

   I don’t know…I had some coconut water years ago in St. Lucia and it was NASTY. Maybe St. John coconuts are better!

   i think the only sweet coc water on earth is from thailand. anyone tried stj juice? curious to know if it is sweet or bitter. even hawaii coc’s are bitter.

   I got one last spring in the DR when we were there. My daughter refused to believe me that those big green things were coconuts. “Coconuts are brown, Daddy”

   The water was awesome…just a little coconutty and the flesh is very soft.

   I’m amazed watching those guys walk up the trees. I could NEVER do that.

    “What do i do with it?”…. a million missed opportunities.

    VI coconuts are mildy sweet with a nice coconut finish. Not too bitter at all.

    I’ve seen a “coconut man” on both of my STJ trips, not sure if this is the same guy though… I bought one on my 1st trip during the STJ festival right at the dock. I liked the coconut juice, my wife didn’t. But I would have to say that rum would be great in it! Good idea

    I tried one at the Westin. They were on ice and thw coconut man was there too. I put some Curzan Dark in mine, very good!

    Rum definitely improves the flavor of coconut water. Never tried a green coconut before though… I’ve heard they’re better.
