Buy! Rent! Visit! House Hunters International finally aired its St. John episode featuring the Prossers searching for their dream second home. Will Realtors’ phones ring off the hook in the next few days? Will rental inquiries jump? Will the Prossers get mega bookings? We donno. We’ll check. The Prossers bought Into the Mystic. But they also considered Aria and Sea Rock. Both look great. (We loved Ted painting and the two of them getting excited about a big shower. Fun show!)   14 Responses to “Buy! Rent! I can’t believe I missed it! Well, I hope it boosts the rentals on St. John. I have two
villas at the Westin week 29 and week 30 that are still available for rent this July. Contact OM Villas 1-340-715-5623 if interested. Also, week 30 is for sale. Can’t stay for 2 weeks in a row anymore. Children are in High School and they have summer activities. Have a great Monday!

Great show last night and of course I jumped online afterward to check pricing and availability!
I think the Prosser’s made the right choice.They will enjoy it, even without a nice outdoor shower. (Should have looked at Bongo first!)

Some one asked why Into The Mystic?
We looked at more that 25 houses on St John in person, over 100 online, several on Virgin Gorda. Banana Wind
( We changed the name of the villa to “Into The Mystic” big Van fans) was hands down the best value and the best lot, lots of plants and privacy! We did a lot of work to the villa AFTER we bought it and before the show, We added decks hot tub,and gutted the down stairs etc.. Makes me tired thinking about it.. Construction on STJ is a nightmare, even if your in the construction business
The office thing being to small was the producers idea to add something we did not like about Into The Mystic The office works ok because we run all of our businesses from a laptop!!

We worked all day filming the show, and all night finishing up the house, with no sleep and drinking lots of beer!! We look liked HELL, thank God there were no close ups!!

We saw the show and agreed that they picked the right place. We always wondered how good of an actor you had to be to work on a reality show. We also thought how much work were you going to be doing from St. John. The office seemed big enough to check and send emails from. Glad you have your place and your enjoying it.

Ted and Sharon you both did great! Maybe you felt like hell but neither of you looked bad at all. You are a nice looking couple.

They do pay you $1500, just about cover our airline tickets
If you missed the show, don’t worry, when it goes into the rotation, they will air it a lot

I can’t believe it! I missed it again!! Such a bummer…I tuned in the first time when you gave us the date and I’ve been watching faithfully except the last few nights when we were away.
