oh – what ever happened to using the lighter switch on the grill instead of just tossing in a match. poof, there she is. boy do i know poof!

If I twirled a skillet like that, I’d hit myself in the head!
In order to avoid potential”voting irregularities” in the future, a simple invitation and a plane ticket is all that is needed for my unbiased services…I’d be willing to take one for the team on any future contests…
To light our grill, I used the “light from the bottom” technique.. it’s gets your face a lot closer to the ball of flame once the gas ignites…

Hey there – I’m very interested in finding out the winner of the steak grill-off. And by the way you didn’t mention who submitted the 2nd entry for the garlic crusted rib-eye. That sounds like my facorite just from the ingredients alone!!!
