Please, please don’t make us wait for days for the final video. This entire series could be a half hour show on the FoodNetwork with great raves. Keep on cooking. PS: We won’t tell Ruth which steak it is either.

i like that last steak to be med-rare surved on pats of butter. thank you.
oh – what ever happened to using the lighter switch on the grill instead of just tossing in a match. poof, there she is. boy do i know poof!

If I twirled a skillet like that, I’d hit myself in the head!
In order to avoid potential”voting irregularities” in the future, a simple invitation and a plane ticket is all that is needed for my unbiased services…I’d be willing to take one for the team on any future contests…
To light our grill, I used the “light from the bottom” technique.. it’s gets your face a lot closer to the ball of flame once the gas ignites…
