Captain Morgan giving safe rides home
Meet Diageo PLC’s Safe Rides Ambassadors James, Chanse and Alexandria. They stationed themselves just outside the passenger Ferry terminal Saturday morning, handing out goodie bags and offering vouchers for free taxi rides from Red Hook to home for those who partied a little too much during J’ouvert.
The goodie bags included literature about underage drinking and a bottle of water.
Chanse says they did the same thing in May, during St. Thomas Carnival, and handed out more than 300 free taxi ride vouchers.
