(Not quite) 99 Bottles of beer…. That’s St. John Sun Times art director Tony Judge (center) and wife Polly. With friends Andy and Adam, visiting from Australia. You can tell they are from Australia because they are wearing gigantic sunglasses. Everything is gigantic in Australia. Art directors can’t just sit back and drink. They have to constantly be making art. So there’s Tony’s afternoon at the Beach Bar, artistically lined up for all to admire. I like the visual balance based on the circular shape of the table…the “sculpture” mirrors the round contours of the table edge creating a pleasant, graphic arc that leads the eye to the attractive women and bypasses the guys…hey, there are guys in the picture…who knew?!?!?! ‘Aint art great?!?!?!!?
Those bottles look a bit beefy, are the larger than the standard 16 oz bottle?

That was exactly what I was trying to achieve with this piece. Well spotted, and they are just your standard Stripes.
