VInow adds videos
USVI travel forum and information site VInow.com is getting into the TV business. Sophia Aubin and Ansen Sligar, who have owned VInow since 1999, have launched Colors of Paradise TV; a page on their site that they say will include regularly updated videos from all four Virgin Islands.
“We want to show all of the different aspects of the islands,” says Ansen. “We plan to interview local people, go to local events and show local beaches and beauty.”
The show’s host is Africah Harrigan, a familiar face on St. Thomas. Both Sophia and Ansen also defer to Africah for the technical side of their new TV venture. Ansen shoots the video, but Africah does all the producing, writing and editing.
They promise two videos a month. The first installments take you on a St. John hike and to the recent Kingfish tourney on St. Thomas. See for yourself, here.

Nice feature – However not as much fun as the Jeep Cam. Maybe because it is missing that great theme song. Good looks can never beat a good score…
