The mainland switch to Daylight Saving Time syncs east coast happy hour to St. John happy hour. Cheers.

Something is screwy with both the sprint and at&t networks. AST is showing as an hour ahead on both networks. I had to switch to (-4) Santiago in order to get the correct network time. Can anyone explain this behavior?
