Andy Griffith was right…” Things do taste better when they’re sittin’ on a Ritz..” Just wonder if any of these dishes would taste as good on the mainland as they do on St. John…I doubt it

Wow… I was caught unprepared, so I have no speech. I would like to thank my parents, who gave birth to this chicken-cooking mastermind son of theirs. Also, my wife, who married me in the first place and puts up with my ridiculousness. And, yes, now I’m going to Disney World after this victory…
