   The litter in the dock area is particularly bad since they took away all the trash cans due to the park renovation.

   Seriously. I don’t get it. So Styrofoam, aluminum, glass and leftovers are ok…?

   No one will see the broken glass or styrofoam when they’re covered by the snow from those freakish tropical storms…besides, those sea turtles and sea birds have it way too easy…they need some obstacles on the beach to keep them on their toes…or flippers…

    The other way to read it is that the maximum fine is even greater for the listed materials. Whatever the details actually are, the fundamental message is clear enough for the Caribbean.

    OK – he just did ALL the lettering over in PS so it wouldn’t look different from the original lettering. I love you people, but boy are you gullible! Next up: Wade the Shark on the oval office desk…

    hahaha…just because some of the trash cans have been removed is NO REASON to throw garage on the ground. there are 2, yes two, cans on the dock and a couple in the taxi parking area. clean up after yourselfs people.

    Really??? This is about as smart as the sign they use to have facing the dock from the Decastro Clinic saying to prevent AIDS practice No Condom Sex…”Welcome to Americas’s Purgatory” as I have seen posted on several FB accounts recently…
